The Kitsilano 1.7 metre dining set in dark brown is a truly stylish modern wooden dining table set that is sure to suit many homes. Finger jointed surfaces of solid oak are lacquer finished meaning that this oak dining set is tactile to the touch, whilst the dark smokey oak tones are wonderfully rich and complex. The oak has been sourced from fully certified FSC origins, and therefore comes from properly managed sustainable forests. It’s not all in the looks either, practically this solid oak dining table performs too. The extension leaf included as part of this set, handily plugs into the end of this table and by doing so increases the amount that can be seated around it. This system is preferred by many as it means there is no undesired central crease along the table’s middle. Simply add another leaf to the other end (to be purchased separately) to increase the capacity further. At full extended length, with two leaves added, this table can seat 10. However, if it’s an even higher number needed to seat, this appealing wooden table set is also available in 2.2m version, which also extends.
